Defragile makes protective packaging for people who ship things that break.
We started because the maths is brutal and nobody talks about it. When an order arrives broken you do not lose the packaging you saved on. You lose the product, you pay the courier twice, you refund the cash on delivery, and you lose a customer who was going to order again. In Egypt that is comfortably over 150 EGP, every time. A protective bag costs a few pounds.
One bag costs less than one return. That is the whole argument, and every price on this site is set so the sentence stays true.
What we sell
Protective air packaging and foam, and nothing else. Air column bags, air cushions, bag in bag sleeves, foam edge guards, foam rods and bubble roll. We stay narrow on purpose.
Who we sell to
Two kinds of customer, off the same stock. Online stores buying by the carton, and individuals or small sellers buying a pack at a time. Wholesale pricing is published, not hidden behind an email.
How we price
By the pack, with the piece count on the front of every listing. You should never have to do arithmetic to find out what you are paying for.
