Thank you for shopping with us. Below you will find the important information about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation by email and WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched. Please confirm it.

2. Shipping Method and Timeframes
We offer standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 business days.

3. Shipping Fees
Cairo, Giza and 6th of October: 110 EGP.
All other governorates: 220 EGP.
The exact fee is shown at checkout before you place the order.

4. Delivery Across Egypt
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. There is no minimum order value and no deposit required.

5. Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, unexpected delays can happen because of weather or courier service disruption. We appreciate your patience.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
