Which product do I need?
It depends on what breaks and how.
- Edges and corners chipping, on tabletops, boards, panels and frames: U shape foam edge guards.
- Surfaces rubbing and scratching, on stacked glass, mirrors, doors and panels: foam rods as spacers.
- Small items breaking in transit, mugs, glass, perfume, candles, screens: mini roll big bubbles.
Why a narrow bubble roll instead of a wide one?
Because a full width roll wastes material on a small item. A 20 cm roll is sized to what a small online store actually ships, so you wrap less and pay less per order.
Do you sell to businesses by the carton?
Yes. Defragile sells both retail packs and bulk cartons off the same stock. Email Contact@defragile.com with the SKU and the quantity you need.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and standard delivery is 1 to 4 business days.
Cairo, Giza and 6th of October: 110 EGP. All other governorates: 220 EGP. There is no minimum order value and no deposit. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Can I return a pack?
You have 14 days from delivery, as long as the pack is unopened and in its original packaging. Protective packaging cannot be resold once a pack is broken, so opened packs cannot be returned. If a pack arrives damaged, short of the stated piece count, or is the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
